Let’s admit it, no Bollywood actress can match up to Jacqueline Fernandez when it comes to pole dancing. I mean, no seriously! The grace with which she pulls off her moves is so mind-blowing that the minute she hits the dance floor, you know your eyes are not going to blink even for a second. Take for instance her song from A Gentleman or her latest track Heeriye from Race 3 featuring Salman Khan. She exactly knows how to set the temperatures soaring with her seductive moves. But if you thought the Sri Lankan beauty might also break into a pole dance on stage, considering she’s currently touring the USA with Da-Bangg Reloaded, then that ain’t happening. Jacqueline, in an exclusive interaction with BollywoodLife, reasoned how although pole dancing looks amazing on screen but a live performance is definitely not easy to pull of. Stating how it requires a lot of retakes,
Jacqueline said, “When you are doing pole dancing live, it’s a totally different scenario because you are sweating. Usually when you dance, the trick to pole dancing is you have to do all of that without sweating; or else you will just slide down. So it’s really difficult during a live performance. When you are shooting, it’s obviously easier because whatever we did that day (shooting for Heeriye) took us like four hours. So you are taking your breaks, you are doing one move, coming back down. It’s really taxing on you. But to do that live with your nerves and the audience, I doubt if I will ever be able to even like climb up.”
